Partner — Corporate & Energy Transactions, Washington, D.C.

Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a well-established national practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on transactional corporate work across M&A, tech transactions, and capital markets, with a strong emphasis on energy matters including renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial contracting.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex transactional matters. This is an opportunity to join a busy platform with significant client-facing responsibility and visibility.

• Established partner track record in M&A/transactional work, capital markets, or technology transactions.
• Demonstrated experience on energy projects, including renewables and/or oil & gas project development and commercial agreements.
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; portable practice or business development capability preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to handle partner-level responsibilities.
