Senior partner opportunity in a well-established global law firm seeking a leader to grow and lead the corporate/finance and securities practice from the San Francisco office. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work across transactional and financing matters.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team advising institutional and sponsor clients on complex deals and financings. The firm is looking for a partner who can originate and manage significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices on cross-border matters.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, financings and securities work, with a focus on private equity, venture capital or capital markets.
Demonstrable track record of originating and leading matters and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client development capability is preferred.
Experience supervising teams of associates and working with cross-office or cross-border deal teams.
Admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain) and strong commercial acumen.
