Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin corporate group with a focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions. The role will involve originating and executing complex M&A, financings and securities work across growth and sponsor-backed companies.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage deal teams and collaborate across practices to grow the regional platform. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate significant business is welcome.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital and/or capital markets.
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to transfer bar admission.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills for complex cross-border and domestic deals.
