Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Doha office. The role is flexible on practice area, with a preference for corporate work and experience across finance and banking matters welcome.

The successful candidate will build and lead local practice development, advise regional and international clients on corporate transactions and governance, and work closely with cross-border teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in corporate and/or finance work, preferably with regional exposure to the Gulf market.
Proven track record of business development and managing client relationships; a portable practice is an advantage.
Ability to lead deal teams, mentor senior associates and collaborate with international colleagues.
Strong commercial judgment and familiarity with corporate governance, transactional documentation and cross-border regulatory issues.
