Senior partner hire to lead and expand a corporate and finance practice from the Dusseldorf office. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and cross-border corporate transactions, working on larger-cap and mid-market matters with both domestic and international clients.

Ideal for an experienced deal lawyer who can take a leadership role on client relationships, originate new work and mentor fee-earners across corporate and finance teams. The team offers a full-service platform and close collaboration with other practice groups.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and finance, with strong private equity and/or venture capital expertise
Track record on larger-cap or substantial mid-market deals and cross-border work
Portable client relationships and the ability to originate and develop new business
Excellent client management and team leadership skills; fluent in German and English
