Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Austin corporate team with a focus on transactional work across corporate, finance and energy matters. The role will handle M&A, capital markets and project/commercial work for renewable and traditional energy clients, as well as technology-linked transactions.

The ideal candidate will step into a senior role contributing fee-earners on significant deals, leading matter teams, and working closely with industry-focused lawyers in energy and technology sectors. This is a partner-level opening where business development and client relationships are a core part of the role.

Established partner with a strong transactional corporate finance background (M&A, capital markets, or similar).
Demonstrated experience on energy-related matters, including renewables and/or oil & gas project and commercial work; technology transaction experience a plus.
Track record of leading deal teams and managing client relationships; demonstrable client origination or portable practice preferred.
Excellent business development and practice-building abilities; able to collaborate across practice groups.
