Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy corporate and energy practice in Miami. The role focuses on M&A, transactional matters, and project development across renewable energy and traditional oil & gas, with additional work in capital markets and technology-related transactions.

The position offers a platform to lead client engagements, manage deal teams, and expand transactional work across corporate, finance and energy sectors. Candidates will work with cross-practice teams on complex, commercial matters for U.S. and international clients.

A portable practice or established client relationships in M&A, energy project development, or capital markets are welcome and will be supported.

Established partner-level experience in M&A/transactional work, with experience in energy (renewables and/or oil & gas) and capital markets.
Proven track record managing complex transactions and leading deal teams.
Portable practice or existing client relationships preferred.
Bar admission in the United States and eligibility to practice in Florida preferred.
