Leading US practice seeks a lateral partner to join a busy corporate team in San Diego focused on M&A, transactional work and energy-sector matters. The role spans corporate transactions, capital markets work and project development across renewables and oil & gas.

Ideal candidate will lead deals, advise sponsors and corporate clients on commercial and financing aspects, and work closely with cross‑practice teams to execute complex transactions. The position offers a senior platform and significant origination and client‑development opportunities.

Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and transactional corporate work
Experience advising on energy projects (renewables and/or oil & gas) and related commercial arrangements
Comfortable with capital markets and finance-related deal structures
Proven client-development skills; portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate work preferred
