Senior lateral hire to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice from the San Diego office. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and transactional work across technology, renewables and traditional energy sectors.

The partner will advise on deal execution and commercial contracting, and work with cross-practice teams on complex project development and financing matters in the energy and tech spaces.

This is a partner-level role for an experienced rainmaker or active producer who can bring and expand a portable practice in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, transactional work and energy-related deals.
Track record of originating and executing corporate and capital markets transactions; experience with tech and renewable energy clients preferred.
Ability to develop and lead teams, work cross-functionally, and grow client relationships.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and the ability to be based in San Diego.
