Senior corporate partner opportunity in San Francisco focused on M&A, corporate transactions and energy work. The role will sit in a multi‑practice team handling transactional matters across technology, capital markets and project development.

Ideal for a partner with a transactional/strategic corporate practice who can advise on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and energy projects (renewables and oil & gas). The position offers a platform to grow or continue a portable practice with institutional and corporate clients.

Lateral partner with substantial transactional corporate experience (M&A, securities/capital markets and related commercial work).
Proven experience on energy projects and commercial transactional matters, including renewables and oil & gas.
Track record of client origination and the ability to develop a portable book of business.
Strong leadership and team management skills; comfortable working across practices and with deal teams.
