Senior partner-level role for an established international law firm’s London corporate and finance practice. The role will focus on lead transactional work across private equity and venture capital matters, advising sponsors, portfolio companies and investors on complex deals.

This is a high-visibility position with responsibility for originating business, managing senior client relationships and leading deal teams across cross-border matters. The team works closely with other practice groups to deliver integrated corporate and financing solutions.

Established partner with a proven transactional corporate/finance practice (private equity and/or venture capital focus).
Track record of originating and managing significant matters and leading senior deal teams.
Strong client development skills and an existing network of corporate/PE/VC contacts; a portable practice is welcome.
Eligible to practise in the UK or able to relocate to London and meet local professional admission requirements.
