Senior partner opportunity in a national corporate and finance practice, based in the firm's San Francisco office. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, advising sponsors, portfolio companies and investors on complex buyouts, growth financings and related commercial matters.

The appointment is for an experienced, portable partner who will lead and grow an existing practice in the market. The firm offers a clear leadership path and progression toward equity partnership over time; the initial role will be a non-equity partner placement with support for business development and integration into the firm's platform.

Proven partner-level experience in private equity and/or venture capital transactions.
Established portable client relationships and demonstrable book of business.
Strong transactional record on buyouts, growth financings, and related corporate matters.
Ability to originate work, lead teams, and participate in business development initiatives within the US market.
