Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate and finance practice in the firm's Stuttgart office. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions alongside broader corporate and financing matters, including domestic and cross-border deals.

The team seeks a market-facing partner who will advise institutional and corporate clients on complex transactions, mentor junior lawyers and help develop the practice. A portable practice / book of business is welcome and will be valued.

Established partner-level experience in corporate and finance matters, with a strong private equity and/or venture capital track record
Proven ability to originate and manage mid- to large-cap transactions, including cross-border deals
Experience leading teams and supervising associates on complex transactions
Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable business-development success; portable client relationships welcomed
Fluent German and professional English; admitted to practise in Germany (or eligible)
