An established German law firm is seeking a partner to join its Stuttgart finance & banking team. The role focuses on leading transactional work for banks, corporate borrowers and financial sponsors across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, develop client relationships and contribute to practice growth. There is openness to candidates who bring a portable practice and can originate or expand client mandates.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Experience leading deals and supervising associates on complex transactions.
Strong commercial judgement and ability to work on cross-border matters; German qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
