Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in finance, banking or capital markets law.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical drafting and transactional skills; ability to lead deal teams.
Fluency in German and English; eligible to practise in Germany.
