Partner — Corporate & M&A, Stuttgart

Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its corporate and M&A capability in the Stuttgart office. The role will lead and originate mid-to-large corporate transactions, provide corporate governance advice and handle a broad range of transactional matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team of corporate practitioners and work on cross-border and domestic mandates, collaborating with other practice groups as needed. A portable practice and demonstrable client relationships are desirable.

• Established track record advising on M&A and corporate governance matters at partner level
• Proven business development ability and existing client relationships (portable practice desirable)
• Strong technical skills in transactional work and team leadership
• Ability to work on cross-border matters; fluency in German and English preferred
