Leading, full-service firm in Berlin is seeking a lateral partner to grow its corporate and finance practice with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role combines cross-border deal work and domestic mandates across buyouts, growth financings and exits.

The team advises strategic and financial sponsors and works on transactions spanning mid-market to larger-cap clients. The firm is seeking a partner with a portable practice who can develop business and lead complex, high-value matters alongside an established corporate/finance platform.

Proven partner- or senior-level experience in private equity and/or venture capital transactions.
Track record advising on both corporate and finance aspects of deals (buyouts, growth rounds, exits, financing structures).
Experience on larger mid‑cap and/or large‑cap transactions and handling cross‑border matters.
Demonstrable ability to originate and develop business; portable client relationships desirable.
