Partner — Corporate & Finance (Private Equity / Venture Capital) — Dallas

Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate and finance practice in Dallas with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role will originate and lead transactional matters, advise sponsors and portfolio companies, and work across funding rounds, acquisitions and financings.

The team offers substantive deal flow and collaboration with colleagues across transactional disciplines. This is a visible leadership role for an experienced lawyer who wants to expand a market-facing practice within a well-resourced firm platform.

• Experienced transactional partner with a proven track record in private equity, venture capital or related corporate/finance work.
• Demonstrable ability to originate and lead deals, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers.
• Established, portable practice or book of business preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Dallas office.
