Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate and finance practice in Geneva, with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role suits an experienced partner who will advise on cross-border M&A, equity investments and related financing matters within a high-quality international practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in private equity and venture capital transactions and related corporate/finance work.

• Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates on complex, cross-border matters.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to work collaboratively within an international practice.
