Partner — Corporate & Finance (Private Equity / Venture Capital), Stuttgart

Senior transactional partner sought to lead and grow corporate and finance practices from the firm's Stuttgart office. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions across both domestic and cross-border mandates, acting for sponsors, investors and corporate clients.

The appointment is a lateral partner hire with responsibility for originating and executing complex M&A, buyout and growth-investment deals, and for developing a team. A portable practice / book of business is welcome.

• Established partner with demonstrable track record in private equity and/or venture capital transactions
• Strong experience on M&A, buyouts and financing deals for large-cap and mid‑cap clients, including cross-border work
• Proven origination skills and ability to develop client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Fluency in German and English; admitted in Germany (or equivalent EU qualification)
