Established partner or equivalent senior lawyer with a transactional practice in M&A, corporate finance/capital markets or real estate.
Demonstrable origination and client relationships; ability to bring and grow a portable practice.
Track record advising on complex cross-border and domestic transactions.
Comfort working collaboratively with multi-office teams and integrating into an international platform.
