Leading international firm seeking an experienced partner to join its Vancouver corporate and finance practice. The role covers M&A, banking and capital markets work, with opportunities to advise on real estate-related corporate transactions.

The team handles cross‑border and domestic mandates for institutional and corporate clients. The successful candidate will have an established client base and ability to originate and grow business in the region; team moves are also being considered.

Seasoned partner level with a track record in M&A, corporate finance, and/or capital markets; experience with real estate-related corporate work an asset.
Portable client relationships and demonstrable origination capability (book of business expected).
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to work on cross‑border matters.
Admission to the British Columbia Bar or eligible to transfer/qualify in Canada.
