Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate finance and securities practice in Kelowna. The role will sit within a well-established regional practice and work on a mix of financings, corporate governance and securities matters.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner who can develop local client relationships, collaborate with an existing team based in the province, and contribute to business development across the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is helpful; the hiring team is flexible on scale depending on seniority and growth trajectory.

Established partner-level experience in corporate finance, securities and related corporate governance matters
Proven business-development skills and ability to build local client relationships
Strong technical drafting and transactional experience on financings and securities filings
Eligible to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly
