Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a corporate and finance practice in a busy Nashville office. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters across corporate, finance and securities workstreams.

The successful candidate will join a full-service team, advising sponsors, growth companies and capital markets participants on transactions and financings. This is an opportunity to shape a regional practice while working on sophisticated matters for U.S. and international clients.

We are open to candidates with a portable practice or book of business who can immediately contribute client relationships and revenue-generating work.

Established partner-level experience in corporate, private equity, venture capital or capital markets work
Proven track record of originating or leading transactions and managing client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on complex deals
Licensed to practice in the United States (state admission per role requirements)
