Opportunity for an experienced partner to join a major national practice focused on corporate transactions, private equity and project/infrastructure finance, with a strong real estate and technology nexus (including data center and data-security related work).

The role will lead complex M&A and private equity deals, sponsor-side and project-finance matters, and advise on transactions that intersect with real estate and technology infrastructure. The team works across the United States with high-value corporate and institutional clients.

We are seeking a partner with an established portable practice, proven origination record, and the ability to build and mentor deal teams within a busy, high‑calibre transactional platform.

Proven partner-level experience advising on M&A, private equity and project/infrastructure finance transactions
Portable book of business and demonstrated origination/relationship generation
Track record of leading multi‑jurisdictional deal teams and managing client relationships
Practice experience at a large transactional or corporate law platform; strong commercial judgment and business development focus
