Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a corporate practice in Luxembourg with a focus on fund formation, hedge funds and structured finance. The role involves originating and managing high-value relationships, advising fund managers and institutional investors, and guiding complex cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will join a well-established international practice and will be expected to drive business development while supervising and mentoring a local team. A significant portable practice is required.

Qualified lawyer in Luxembourg or an appropriate EU/other jurisdiction with the ability to practise in Luxembourg.
Established track record in fund formation, hedge funds and structured finance transactions.
Proven client origination and relationship management experience; a sizeable portable practice is required.
Experience leading teams and working on cross-border matters; strong commercial and business-development skills.
