Established global law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to help grow a multi-disciplinary practice from the Atlantic City office. The role focuses on corporate M&A (including private equity), capital markets, emerging-growth and technology transactions, with significant intersections across healthcare, life sciences and intellectual property litigation and transactions.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team working on cross-border and U.S. matters for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy. The role offers opportunity to build and lead client relationships and to coordinate matters across corporate, IP and regulatory practices.

Portable business is welcome — the firm is seeking partners with an established book of business and a demonstrated ability to originate and develop client work.

Established partner track record in M&A, capital markets, or technology transactions; experience with PE and issuer-side matters a plus
Demonstrable client origination and relationship management skills; portable book of business preferred
Experience coordinating cross-practice matters involving healthcare, life sciences or IP litigation/transactions
Ability to work on domestic and cross-border matters and to contribute to business development and team leadership
Active U.S. bar admission (or eligible) and appropriate seniority for a partner role
