Leading global law firm seeks a partner to help grow its Corporate, Healthcare and Intellectual Property practices from the Northern Virginia office. The role will focus on corporate transactional work (M&A, emerging growth and capital markets), healthcare and life‑sciences matters, technology transactions, and IP litigation and counseling.

The practice will collaborate with cross‑discipline teams across the firm’s U.S. and international platform. The successful candidate will be expected to bring strong client relationships, originate new opportunities, and contribute to business development and practice leadership.

Established partner with substantial transactional and/or IP litigation experience (M&A, capital markets, technology transactions, or life‑sciences/healthcare matters)
Proven track record of business development and client origination; portable client relationships welcomed
Experience working with multi‑office or international teams on complex matters
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong client references
