Global firm seeks an experienced partner to expand its Los Angeles corporate practice with a focus on M&A, capital markets and transactional work for healthcare, life sciences, technology and financial‑services clients. The role will include leadership of client engagements, cross‑practice collaboration (including IP and litigation teams) and business development in the western US market.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated track record advising on private equity and issuer-side capital markets transactions, emerging growth and technology transactions, and related IP/licensing or IP litigation matters. The role offers the chance to join a well‑resourced platform and to leverage national and international deal teams.

Established partner with substantial experience handling M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions, particularly in healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services.
Proven business development record and ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience working collaboratively with IP and litigation groups on transactional and contested matters.
Membership in good standing of the appropriate US bar or ability to obtain admission.
