Senior partner role in a leading global law firm’s Chicago office. The practice seeks an experienced corporate partner to lead and grow practices across M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth/technology transactions, and healthcare & life sciences matters. The team also handles IP litigation and technology-focused transactional work.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability, lead cross-border and sector-focused deals, and mentor junior lawyers. This role offers a senior platform to expand client relationships across healthcare, life sciences, technology and financial services sectors.

Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and capital markets, ideally with healthcare, life sciences or technology sector experience.
Experience handling technology transactions and IP-related commercial or litigation matters preferred.
Proven business-development/origination skills and ability to lead deal teams and client relationships.
Bar admission and substantial US transactional or litigation experience at partner level.
