Established partner track record in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions; experience with healthcare/life sciences preferred.
Proven ability to originate and lead client relationships and to work across IP, litigation and regulatory teams.
Demonstrated team leadership, business development capability and experience in a large, multi‑office environment.
Admission to relevant bar; portable client relationships or book of business preferred.
