Seeking a lateral partner to join a leading international law firm’s Raleigh office to strengthen its corporate practice with a focus on healthcare, life sciences and technology clients. The role will involve leading complex M&A and corporate transactions, advising on capital markets and representing clients on technology and IP-related commercial matters.

The team values candidates who can build and mentor a growing group, work collaboratively across practices (including IP and litigation), and bring client relationships and business development capability. Open to candidates with established portable practices in PE/M&A, capital markets, emerging growth or technology transactions.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and related transactions
Track record advising healthcare, life sciences or technology clients
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
Ability to lead and grow a team and collaborate across IP, litigation and finance practices
