Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Austin)

Senior partner role to join a well-established team in Austin handling corporate matters alongside IP and antitrust/competition disputes. The position will combine transactional corporate work with patent and antitrust litigation, with significant exposure to private equity, life‑sciences and technology clients and energy matters relevant to the Texas market.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage a team of attorneys, and handle high‑stakes matters across litigation and transactional streams. This is a partner hire intended to expand an existing practice group and bring a portable practice to a busy regional platform.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, IP (including patent litigation) and/or antitrust litigation.
• Proven track record with private equity, life‑sciences, technology and/or energy clients; experience handling high-value disputes and transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead teams; portable book of business preferred.
• Admission or ability to be admitted in Texas and strong trial and/or courtroom experience for litigators.
