Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Washington, D.C.)

Senior partner opportunity with a leading U.S. law firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role sits at the intersection of corporate transactions, IP litigation (notably patent work in life sciences and technology) and antitrust — with additional matters arising in the energy sector.

The team advises sophisticated corporate and PE-backed clients on deals, contested IP matters and competition-related disputes. The office seeks a partner who can both lead complex matters and expand client relationships across these complementary practices.

• Partner-level experience in one or more of: corporate (including private equity/VC), IP litigation (patent focus), antitrust/competition or energy matters.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client work; a portable practice or demonstrable business-development capability expected.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on high-stakes transactions and complex litigation; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Active bar admission and ability to work in the Washington, D.C. market.
