Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (Greensboro)

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join the Corporate and Intellectual Property practices in its Greensboro office. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work with a significant emphasis on IP and patent litigation matters.

We are looking for a partner with a portable practice and proven ability to originate or deepen client relationships, particularly in the Southeast. The team offers collaborative, cross-practice support across transactional, IP litigation and employee benefits matters.

• Established partner with a portable book of business or demonstrable origination record
• Substantial experience in corporate transactions (M&A, governance) and/or IP with patent litigation experience
• Comfort working collaboratively across practices, including ERISA/comp & benefits where applicable
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Greensboro office
