Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to help lead and grow its Corporate and Intellectual Property practices from the Irvine office. The role will have a strong focus on transactional corporate work and IP litigation, including patent matters; candidates who can contribute immediately through a portable book of business are especially welcome.

The practice values collaboration across offices and offers opportunities to work with cross-practice teams on technology, emerging-growth clients, ERISA/compensation matters and mass torts where relevant. The team emphasizes flexible billing arrangements and a partner compensation model that rewards origination and client development.

Admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and in good standing
Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or IP litigation (patent experience a strong plus)
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Ability to collaborate across practice groups and contribute to business development
