Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Silicon Valley)

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to grow corporate, intellectual property and commercial litigation capabilities. The role will involve leading high‑value IP litigation and related counseling, as well as supporting corporate and governance matters for technology and life‑science clients.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and proven ability to originate and manage significant client relationships. The firm is open to partners who can collaborate across multiple U.S. offices, with particular emphasis on West Coast coverage and cross‑office teaming.

• Partner level with substantial experience in IP litigation, corporate transactions or complex commercial litigation (including mass tort/product liability experience considered)
• Demonstrable portable practice or track record of business development and client origination
• Experience handling high‑stakes patent or IP disputes and advising corporate clients on governance and transactional matters
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and travel as needed to support West Coast and national client matters
