Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (M&A/PE) — Minneapolis

Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Minneapolis office to lead and grow a transactional corporate and IP practice. The role focuses on M&A and private equity matters, with significant work for life sciences and energy clients.

The successful candidate will have a market-facing practice and will collaborate with multiservice teams across corporate, IP and energy groups. This is an opportunity to build client relationships and take on partner-level business development responsibilities within a well-resourced platform.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and private equity transactions, ideally with cross-border or complex IP components
• Track record advising life sciences and/or energy sector clients preferred
• Demonstrated ability to originate or materially grow client relationships (portable business welcomed)
• Active admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the U.S.
