Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (M&A/Private Equity) — Salt Lake City

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and grow a transactional corporate and intellectual property practice. The role focuses on M&A, private equity, and cross-cutting work for life sciences and energy-sector clients.

The partner will work on complex buy- and sell-side transactions, PE-sponsored deals, corporate governance matters, and IP-related commercial transactions. You will collaborate with firm teams across practice groups and other U.S. offices to service regional and national clients.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and related corporate work; demonstrable experience with life sciences and/or energy sector matters preferred.
• Track record closing complex transactions and advising on corporate governance and IP-related commercial issues.
• Ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice/ book of business welcome.
• Strong project management, business development, and mentoring skills for junior lawyers.
