Established national firm with a substantial US platform is expanding its presence in the Southeast and is seeking experienced partners to join its Nashville office. The firm is prioritizing hires in corporate practice areas and intellectual property (including patent litigation), with additional needs across commercial litigation and employee benefits/ERISA work.

This is a partner-level role for attorneys with a portable practice who can originate and grow client relationships. The firm offers a collaborative, cross-office platform and flexible partnership arrangements for strong rainmakers. Opportunities exist to work with teams across offices and to shape growth in regional markets.

Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrated client origination.
Proven experience in one or more of: corporate/M&A, IP (including patent litigation), commercial litigation, or ERISA/employee benefits.
Track record of leading deal or litigation teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction.
