Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Patent Litigation — Tucson

Established, multi-practice law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tucson office to help grow corporate and intellectual property capabilities, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation and transactional work for emerging growth clients.

The role is business-development focused: the firm is looking for an experienced partner with a portable practice who can originate and manage client matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices on complex corporate, IP and ERISA-related work.

Flexible partnership arrangements are available; the hiring team is open to candidates who want to expand an existing book of business into the region and to partners who prefer a collaborative, multi-office platform.

• Established partner with demonstrable partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or intellectual property litigation (patent litigation preferred).
• Proven track record of originating work and developing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
• Experience advising emerging growth/startup clients, corporate governance, and cross-office collaboration.
• Strong leadership, team management and business development skills.
