Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property, Silicon Valley

Senior partner hire to help lead and grow the corporate and intellectual property practices in a busy Silicon Valley office. The role emphasizes transactional corporate work (including M&A, governance and emerging-growth clients) together with high-value IP and patent litigation matters.

Seeking a partner with a portable practice who can generate business, mentor teams, and collaborate across offices. The office is part of a national platform and can consider candidates who want cross-office opportunities.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate and/or IP litigation (including patent litigation) with a demonstrable book of business
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal or litigation teams
• Experience with M&A, corporate governance, and emerging-growth / startup clients preferred
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong commercial judgment
