Senior lateral partner opportunity with a global law firm seeking an experienced corporate and IP/technology practitioner to join its Wilmington office. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate transactional work (M&A, capital markets, emerging growth) and technology- and IP-related matters, with opportunities to work across industry sectors including life sciences, technology and financial services.

The firm is expanding its corporate and technology practices and is open to established groups or individual partners who can contribute transactional, capital markets and technology/IP litigation or trade-secret experience. This role offers cross‑office collaboration with national and international teams and responsibility for developing client relationships and originating work.

Established partner-level credentials in corporate, capital markets, emerging growth, and/or technology/IP practices.
Proven track record of originating business or a portable practice; demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Strong experience with M&A and issuer-side capital markets work and/or technology transactions and related IP litigation/strategic counseling.
Admitted to practice in the U.S.; ability to work effectively with cross‑jurisdictional teams.
