Senior partner opportunity in Wilmington for an experienced corporate and intellectual property practitioner. The team seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow transactional and IP litigation work, with priority given to candidates who can bring a portable practice and cultivate new business.

Work will focus on M&A, corporate governance and emerging-growth matters alongside patent and IP litigation. The group collaborates with broader regional offices and is open to partners who wish to develop or expand a practice in the region.

Established partner-level experience in corporate and/or IP litigation (including patent litigation) or related specialties.
Proven book of business or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships (portable practice preferred).
Track record of leading deal teams or litigation teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
