Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate group with a strong IP and antitrust litigation platform. The role combines deal-oriented corporate work (including private equity and M&A) with contentious patent and antitrust matters, supporting clients in technology, life sciences and energy sectors.

The successful candidate will bring partner-level experience handling patent litigation and antitrust disputes tied to transactional work, plus a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships. The position offers a senior leadership role within a market-facing team and collaboration across regional offices.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A/private equity) and IP litigation, with substantive antitrust litigation experience
Proven client development and rainmaking record; portable practice preferred
Bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain) and substantial courtroom and/or trial experience in patent/antitrust matters
Track record of mentoring and leading associate teams; comfort working cross-office on integrated matters
