Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client-development ability
Substantial experience in patent litigation (technology and life‑sciences) and antitrust/competition disputes
Track record advising transactional clients (private equity/venture transactions) on litigation risk and related disputes
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and capacity to work from the San Diego office
