Partner — Corporate & IP Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Established national law firm seeking experienced lateral partners to strengthen its Corporate and Intellectual Property litigation capabilities in the Washington, D.C. market. The firm is pursuing partners with portable practices across corporate work (including M&A and governance), patent/IP litigation, ERISA/employee benefits, and mass-torts litigation.

Priority is for candidates who can build or grow a significant, client-facing practice and who collaborate across offices. While there is particular interest in candidates based in the Southeast and West Coast, strong partners in any U.S. office will be considered.

• Established partner or counsel with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships
• Substantive experience in one or more of: M&A, corporate governance, patent/IP litigation, ERISA/employee benefits, or mass-torts
• Proven ability to originate and manage client matters and to work collaboratively with cross-office teams
• Track record of business development and billing/management experience at partner level
