Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead a transactional practice from its Philadelphia office. The role focuses on cross-disciplinary corporate work with substantial Intellectual Property and Energy sector exposure, including M&A and private equity transactions and life sciences-related matters.

Ideal candidates will manage high-value deals, supervise teams, and work closely with clients across corporate governance and industry-focused transactional matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be a key consideration.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and corporate transactions, with significant exposure to IP and/or life sciences matters.
Track record handling energy-related transactional work and advising on corporate governance issues.
Proven client development skills; portable practice or business generation capability preferred.
Strong leadership and team management experience; admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction expected.
