Partner – Corporate, Litigation & Finance, Washington, D.C.

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and broaden a transactional and commercial litigation platform from its Washington, D.C. office. The role is focused on high-value corporate work and complex commercial disputes across regulated and technology-related sectors.

Priority will be given to partner-level candidates who can bring a significant portable practice or, ideally, a small team to accelerate transactional capacity and litigation capability. Target sector experience includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive-related matters, with a market footprint that spans major U.S. markets and key international financial centres.

• Partner-level experience handling both high-value corporate transactions and commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or the ability to bring a team preferred.
• Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive industries.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-practice teams and to develop business in U.S. and international markets.
• Admission to the D.C. bar or eligibility to qualify locally.
