Top-tier international firm seeks experienced partner(s) to grow an established corporate and commercial litigation platform from its Los Angeles office. The role spans complex transactional work and high‑stakes commercial disputes across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The hire will be expected to help scale transactional volume and litigation capability; the team is prioritizing group or multi-partner moves rather than single hires. The practice has a significant market footprint across major US and international commercial centres.

Proven partner-level experience in both corporate transactions (M&A, PE, VC) and commercial litigation or ability to lead one while developing the other.
Track record of originating or materially contributing to a portable practice; preference for candidates with an established, revenue-generating book of business.
Experience advising clients in regulated sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology or energy.
Ability and willingness to join as part of a team hire; limited interest in multiple recent firm moves.
